Synopsis: When people in a rural middle Tennessee community decided "enough is enough" as drugs and alcohol took a heavy toll, they united with the determination that "Hope Lives in Hohenwald."

Tired of family and friends dying and lives shattered from the effects of drugs and alcohol, pastors and ministries from Hohenwald and Lewis County churches came together as partners with local law enforcement. This is the miracle story of how a community of believers stepped up to fight and is winning the war on drugs and drawing many to Jesus Christ!

Critique: Hope Lives in Hohenwald is the profound true story of a rural community in Tennessee and their efforts to heal lives shattered by drugs and alcohol. Synopsis: Based on true events, this movie tells the inspiring story of Adeline, a therapy healing horse and her abilities to help people. When Adeline is brought to town, many are amazed and astonished but a few are skeptical and unbelieving.

The healing is put on hold when Adeline is injured after saving the lives of twelve people during a tornado. The community rallies together to save the much loved horse that touched them. Starring David Chokachi, John Schneider, and Jane Mowder.

Critique: Inspired by true events, Adeline is a captivating DVD about the positive effects that Adeline, a therapy healing horse, brings to a town. During a tornado, Adeline labors to save the lives of twelve people, but suffers an injury. Fearing that Adeline could perish or be euthanized (as injured horses often are), the people whose lives were saved and changed for the better organize a community effort to save Adeline. Emotional and poignant, with a core message of spiritual faith, Adeline is a heartwarming movie and highly recommended for both personal and church library collections. 95 min.
