Is there any software that will decrypt DVD files already copied onto the
hard drive? I managed to copy the files to my Hard Drive but accidentally
destroyed the DVD. The DVD files contain macrovison but I'm unable to use
DVD Decrypter because it only works on DVD's from the DVD drive. Please post
a link or a guide or the name of some software that will decrypt these
files.

If the files on the DVD were encrypted AND you simply copied the files to
your hard disk without decrypting them during the copy process then there is
no way to decrypt them now. You may as well just remove the files from your
HD, they're simply unnecessarily taking up space.

You might try writing them as is to a new DVD and starting over.
