For those who don't like long URLs, you can strip off Kirk's session
ID and just use:

http://www.startribune.com/local/49699707.html

(Tip of the day: you can usually strip off everything after .htm,
.html, .asp, .aspx, .php, etc. Or look for other logical places
where the real URL ends and a session ID begins.)

I'm curious what kind(s) of antennas they'll be handing out,
but the article doesn't say.

Were antennas handed out in all low income urban areas?
Hope the feds didn't pay the kind of money they were caught shelling out
for toilet seats awhile back.

all the rest of the stuff, such as mounting brackets, masts, cable, clips,
plugs and sockets and maybe in some poor signal locations amplifiers if
required?
In other words a complete antenna installation including all the other
necessary bits, or do they just say here's an outside antenna, fit it
yourself or get a professional to fit it for you?

And be sure to test it.
