Chromagreen video-on-video freeware?

I have a one-time only need to superimpose a chromagreen transparent
background video clip on a background video. I ususally use kdenlive to
edit videos but it does chromagreen with still images only (unless I'm
missing something).
Any sugestions, freeware, preferably Linux but I can boot windows as
well in dire straits .. & not too complicated?
