This book is written by Freda Warrington. It's a sincere, serious effort to continue the story in the style of the Stoker original, even using the epistolary method to tell the story. Mina and company journey back to the site where they dispatched Dracula, only to provide the means to revive him, afterwhich, he follows them back to England to seek his revenge. Meanwhile, a friend of Van Helsing seeks out the Scholomance, the legendary academy of the dark arts where Dracula attended.
It doesn't reach the eeriness of the original, but I think it's a pretty good story.
Warrington has also written a vampire trilogy, the Blood Wine trilogy.
