RESPONDING TO CHUCK: LET'S TELL THE TRUTH HERE...

This is from Dick and Danni Goldhaber:
Forgive me if you have heard this before.
Chuck filed a frivolous law suit against us in California which was why
there was an attempt to serve us at the hotel in San Diego when we were
about to sail to Hawaii. He filed the paperwork himself, cheapskate that he
is. Once we were onboard Danni e-mailed "Evil Elvis", whose real name
neither of us know. "Elvis" then posted the e-mail to embarrass Chuck.
Chuck then paid real money to have us served in Cherry Hill. The paperwork
that we received cited a civil action for defamation of character and a
criminal complaint for a conspiracy citing Danni and myself and 25 "John
Doe's".
The action demanded that we turn over all of our e-mail so that he could see
what we were saying about him. To nobody's surprise, that never happened.
Chuck also served the Cherry Hill detective who handled Danni's complaint
demanding a copy of the criminal complaint. To nobody's surprise, that
never happened either.
We hired a law firm in California to represent us. The hearing on Chuck's
complaint was on January 5th and when he found out that we were going to
"appear" he suddenly had to go out and spend money to hire a lawyer on
January 4th to appear in court to beg for a continuance which he got.
Now we are about to bury him in paperwork which will hopefully end up in the
bottom line where he has to reimburse us for our legal fees which currently
exceed the cost of our next cruise.
But that is not the end of it. Remember all of the lies that he posted
about us? Well we have lawyers in New Jersey who are about to serve Chuckie
with a libel action which will request punitive damages which will exceed
the cost of a lot of cruises..
Chuck claims that all of his lies are permissible under his 1st Amendment
rights. He is going to find out how wrong he is.
Mikey, I don't care if you were ever married, and I don't care where you
live. I don't care how far is from David's house to anywhere.
I was sued by a piece of shit who lives in Vegas, but filed against us as a
resident of California only because he wanted to fuck up our vacation. He
has posted 169 notes which accuse us of incest. He has accused me of child
pornography, threatened to "cap me in my ass and bury me in the desert".
Chuck thinks that because he doesn't archive we can't prove what he said.
Oh what a lesson he is about to learn.

Now to dispute the rest of Chuck's crap:
Regarding my marriage. Kathy and I never married legally in CA, but we were
married religiously by a rabbi in 1992. I have always referred to her as my
wife (now ex wife.) If Chuck or Jon wants to call me on the carpet then
'mea culpa'. I guess calling Kathy my 'wife' (out of respect) makes me a
pathological liar. If that is the worst I have done in life then I am doing
pretty good. Kathy and I parted ways in 1997 after raising her beautiful
daughter together who is now a successful CPA in LA. And Kathy and I remain
great friends to this day. (For those of you who remember, Kathy just
celebrated the big 6-O and is now 17 years in remission from the Breast
Cancer and mastectomy.)
Regarding my business. I own and continue to operate a successful computer
training company in LA. Chuck is very jealous of that and resents the fact
while I continue to be a success. Chuck on the other hand is a total flop
and failure in business. If it was not for his wife, Chuck would be on the
street. Chuck cannot run a business and most likely cannot even hold a job.
Regarding where I live. I do indeed live in Las Vegas in the Lakes. I
really don't give a rats ass what day I water my lawn and neither do my
neighbors. I don't have much to water anyway! Most of my "lawn" is gravel
and rock!
Regarding my lack of a social life. I have a wonderful woman in my life who
still resides in LA. Her daughter is getting married here in Las Vegas in
March rather than LA so I am going to be busy.
If you carefully read my posts, unlike Chuck, I respond to most posts
cordially and with respect-something Chuck has never done for years. Chuck
continues to flame, lie, and even slander others. He eventually will be
held accountable for his actions and am just waiting to see when.
As I see it, the purpose of the AVLV is simple: to provide information about
Las Vegas. Unfortunately, Chuck bastardizes this and hides behind the 1st
amendment. This is a coward.. Those of us who live in Las Vegas often meet
here locall but curiously Chuck is never in attendance. He is simply too
cowardly to defend himself. If you are going to 'talk the talk' then walk
the walk. Berman, Elvis, Andrew, Strevel, and others have often challenged
Chuck to meet in public and he has NEVER done so. On the other hand unlike
a coward anyone who has a beef with me can meet me in person anytime here in
Las Vegas. Can Chuck say the same?
Last year, many of you recall that I worked on raising money for the
Americas Walk for Diabetes-something that is very passionate to me. Chuck
from almost day one, attacked me, my family and even accused me of
embezzling the donations. He also told me he donates "several thousands to
charity" but has never documented his claims. He does however demand that I
'prove' my claims. How hypocritical. Chuck also attacks David Berman's
wonderful work with Shade Tree Homeless Womens Shelter in Las Vegas.
How low can you get? Apparently lower. Dr. Margaret has accused Chuck of
molesting her. I am not sure if the accusations are true or not, but am
going to believe Margaret faster than Chuck. Margaret and David Berman were
indeed vicious enemies at one time but both aired their differences, settled
their conflicts and are now good friends.
Chuck? Chuck revels in the anger and confrontation. He just loves to stir
it up. It is his euphoria, his high, his fix. He acuses me of being a
liar, but it is Chuck who really is the liar. Chuck frankly cannot be
friends with anyone.
If I am such a liar, why is it nobody seems to care what you write about me
(which is wrong anyway), Chuck? And quite frankly I am quite respected and
liked here. Can you make the same claim?
Maybe it is because unlike Chuck, the rest of us have a life outside the
computer and the internet. Sadly Chuck does not. And I really have better
things to do than do Google searches of all your previous posts! Get a
life! And change your diapers, Chuck.
