I'll mention two:
(1) warm chocolate fondant with peanut brittle ice cream at Picasso
(Bellagio).
(2) almost any pastry at Jean-Philippe Pātisserie (also Bellagio).

Ice cream and stuff either at that place by IP that I can never
pronounce ($$$) or the place on Sahara ($$) that I can never remember
the name of. :)

(Calories don't count in Las Vegas!) :)

Take it from me, do not buy a Hershey Bar in the summer, put it your pants
pocket, go see the Crazy Girls show, then remember that you have a melted
Hershey bar in your pants pocket. It Just doesn't taste the same after that.
