Is there somewhere on the strip where we can rent a car? Or is this just at
the airport?

This site list various hotels where you can rent a Dollar Rent A Car, plus, it
has a coupon code DESTC that requires NO coupon to use and saves money. Check
it out and see if this will help.

rental.
