These BB morons have been touting special diets and "muscle building
tricks" for so long you would think by sheer repetition that the
buying public would see through this BS. It goes all the way back to
that flag-waving, nutcase Jack LaLanne. Juice me, Jackie. *lol*

Lyle McDonald said it best from the old misc.fitness.weights days
"fitness ain't hypertrophy" and Delmonte is about as much about
fitness as he is about Truth In Advertising.

Building larger muscle size is a very simple matter of weight training
style. Fitness, otoh, is partially about hypertrophy and only since
hypertrophy comes as a secondary element of body recomposition.
Fitness begins with a healthy cardio-respiratory system and a
responsive, coordinated cerebro-nervous system; everything else is
mainly for show.

To optimize your fitness, you have to optimize consumption since
overconsumption inevitably leads to overweight and obesity. There is
no fitness in obesity and fitness is always compromised when
overweight.

Any approach to optimizing consumption that does not begin with volume
control is doomed to failure. Enter the 2LB Diet and add An Ounce of
Common Sense.

Level your consumption to 2lbs/day, toss in a rapid walk for 45
minutes or so at least 5x weekly, then, if you want, develop a routine
that promotes full range of motion and movement. This would include
squats, power lifts and associated, strength-power training and forget
what the heck your biceps look like.

If you can't walk without becoming breathless, squat to pick up a
(grand)child or lift a set of dinner plates into an overhead cabinet,
what difference does big guns and ripped abs have?

Don is a kook. No one has ever licked my boots, just ask Mr. V. See, I
have you at a disadvantage. I've lurked in sci.med.cardiology for
years. Remember those funny photoshops of the fake Dr. Chung
restaurant ads where it showed Asian women preparing cats? I
especially liked the one showing the lady using a blow torch on a
cat's head. Remember "It's The Cat's Meow"? I know all about you, top
to bottom, inside out, from years of reading sci.med.cardiology.

You OTOH are still trying to figure me out.

How much time have you wasted backtracking?

You want this so bad you can taste it. You're positively salivating to
"rip me apart". Such emotion, such passion. Too bad you don't have my
knack for apathy.

This is where I switch over to another newsreader. I doesn't accept
cross posts. It has a killfile.

Plonking you will absolutely ruin your fun. So, buh bye. PLONK

For Ace* to have sycophantic bootlickers would imply that his

Errrr ... not quite.

Ace* may be crazy; he may be autistic / have Asperger's; he may not
photograph well, but by thunder, he is NOT afraid to meet people in
public in regard to internet / AVLV matters.

Indeed, I have no reason to doubt that Ace* would in fact show up to
meet YOU at a public place of your choosing in Las Vegas.

I doubt very much that he would harm you.

Ace* and I are adversaries on this board, but I will vouch for him on
this point: he's not a faceless coward or an anonymous bully: he'll
gladly meet you.

Buy him a beer.

I'm into the hard stuff these days V.
But you're right, I've done several face to face meetings with

Except for those who wouldn't agree to meet me, like you or Gary or

It's outside of your realm of serious thought that a sci group based

I'm certain you, just like Ace*, could care less.

I for one don't feel a bit bad for him either. He's a career whiner,

Mr. V, you really just don't understand the harm I have done.
sci.med.cardiology is not a place for trolling. It is a place where
only serious conversations about cardiology take place.

Even though I might be posting from another newsgroup this thread is
crossposted to such as alt.christnet.christianlife, alt.vacation.las-
vegas, misc.health.alternative, alt.messianic.yeshua, alt.atheism. It
still shows up in sci.med.cardiology.

**You can know for a fact, that Dr. Chung does not want anything other
than cardiology discussed when he cross posts sci.med.cardiology with
alt.atheism. And that he in no way is inviting outsiders to flame him
or inviting people to troll.**

I'm sure when you Googled sci.med.cardiology for keywords such as
"Chung kook" "Chung quack" "Chung troll" "Chung spam" "Chung false
Christian" You came up with one big goose egg and only saw serious
conversations about cardiology exclusively taking place.

Just because on a daily basis you see stuff posted in
sci.med.cardiology such as:
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/40ed81578eb9664f?hl=en
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/1fc94d83f32eb8de?hl=en
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/9459c4fa2821abe6?hl=en
How this man, Ken, has escaped MU all these years is beyond me. But as
for myself, I'm taking no chances.

Another terrorist is:
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/6a595f97cfac773c?hl=en
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/a86ae7969af68f90?hl=en
http://groups.google.com/group/alt.christnet.christianlife/msg/eaf80af040827f5a?hl=en
This is another man who is on borrowed time.

People's lives depend on what is posted on Usenet. Joking around and
misinformation about anything Dr. Chung writes to a dozen crossposted
newsgroups could lead to a loss of life. I most likely already have
already caused at least one coronary related death and I belong in

Serious? Yep. Actionable. When you see MU no longer posting.

No you see, Ace always used his own email address and simply changed
the posting name as a parody of someone. That way everyone could
clearly see it was really Ace. And of course Ace did parodies of
artificial names such as "Mr. V", or "MU" etc.

Wow, that's a hard one. See, Ace is from another planet. So one must
appeal to Einstein's Theory Of Relativity http://www.fullspate.net/archive/relativity.html
to compute "happening soon" if you know what I mean.

Say, now that I'm a widow, want to get in some nooky time with me?

Ha ha, I meant C* of course. I'm quite intoxicated celebrating Ace's
death.

Is "the Holocaust" the term you use for the huge amount of flaming you
were receiving from dozens of people from the dozen newsgroups you
were crossposting to?

That's what Ace saw, one person after another laughing at Chung
calling him a "kook" "lunatic" "insane" "quack"
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/4448ffe34e3f9712?hl=en
(be sure to view the entire thread and others like it) And there are
still daily warnings not to heed his advice.
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/2b9c3b5fe127571d?hl=en

The only thing Ace ever received from Chung looked like this:
http://groups.google.com/group/sci.med.cardiology/msg/57f5d8f784e1850d?hl=en

That constant sci.med.cardiology circus lunacy aside: in my opinion,
anyone who seeks a Usenet diagnosis of any kind is a fool. They're
very unlikely to receive proper information. Anything resembling a
diagnosis on Usenet should be viewed a potentially dubious. Seeking
any form of diagnosis on Usenet is dangerous and could lead to serious
injury or death. I'm sure most anyone with an ounce of commonsense
would agree with me.

Oh and BTW, Ace wasn't making fun of anything having to do with
cardiology. He was making fun of Chung's diet ideas Chung says he
received from God by via divine revelation and Chung's offbeat
theological views.
