HELP WANTED: Legal Research, writting, complaint filing assistance NEEDED.

Small town in Arizona with huge Tourist
traffic has a situation whereby the
local tourist magazine publishers:
1. Reject insertion orders from one Advertising Agency.
2. Exclusively allow advertisements from one Tourist
attraction company, i.e. Jeep Rides, Balloon rides,
etc. and 'reject' all other advertisers in that catagory.
