Anyone having problems with Agent 7 regarding eMail and/or filters?
Note that I'm a long-time Agent user, since Agent 9.
Ever since upgrading to Agent 7 (from 6) I've had the following
problems:
1) My eMail filters stopped working properly (as they did in Agent 6)
So I cleared all eMail filters and started from scratch. Did not help
much.
Then I noticed that the install of Agent 7 had turned on Junk
Detection (automatic trainer) which I've never used. It did not as I
wanted in Agent 6 (filtered incorrectly).
I turn off Junk Detection in Agent 7.
Now, my new filters work.... somewhat.
2) Now Agent retrieves SOME eMail as READ
Have no idea why this is happening.
I've sent Tech Support eMails to Forte but have not received replies
as of this time-date stamp.
Suggestions?
