talktalk/ tiscali server

Hi

I cannot get log on to talktalk/ tiscali server

I have put in the settings for incoming mail and all works fine


But in the settings for outbound as per there site then pressed test connection and I keep getting

I have doe the Agent INI as Ralph said about increasing the numbers
but that does not work

If I have the setting WRONG for out going could someone please tell me what they have put to get it
to work.
