Meeting Invitations From MS Outlook

Sometimes colleagues send me meeting invitations using Outlook. I am
wondering what I am missing in terms of email and scheduling program
functionality... accepting or rejecting the invitation... that sort of
thing. Does anyone use Outlook and can they comment as to what we are
missing in Agent and whether it would be possible to build additional
functionality into the email side of Agent?

In Outlook, you can (generally, when it works) accept an invitation
with comments, accept without comments or reject. Each sends a note
back to the inviter, and the first two automatically add the
appointment into your Outlook calendar.

I'll skip functionality that relies on an Exchange server, since Agent
doesn't (and surely won't) ever talk to one.

It's certainly possible - just a matter of programming. But how much
need is there? You can do it yourself into your preferred calendaring
application with a little bit of copy and paste.
