Hello, i tried to move the data folder to D: fore security and
diskspace reasons, but when starting agent it assume is the first
time it run.
I have to move back to c:documents and settings/user/etc...
I�ve read the help but dont understand where in agent to set the path
to the data directory ?

In the Agent icon(s) that you are using to start Agent.
Right click it, choose Properties, and in the "Start in" field put the
path to the data directory on D:.
