I have not seen a FortΓ© person post in this newsgroup since the
release of Agent 8.00 in 2014.
One year ago I sent an Agent Usenet support question (but not about
billing) using the form at <
https://www.forteinc.com/contact/apn.php>.
I heard back from someone in less than a day.
The news support form you filled in will have gone to the customer
service person at FortΓ©. If she cannot resolve the question directly,
a direct email to her won't change that. But if you still want an email,
your copy of Agent has a menu "Help >> Post Support Question via Email".
(AIUI that menu item is officially for the 90 days of free email support
you get when you buy Agent.)
