Can anyone tell me how to change the folders to which attachments
are downloaded in Agent 2.0/32.652?
The relevant section in Agent\Data\Agent.ini appears to be
[Directories]
Home=""
Shared=""
Attachments="C:\Users\stuart\Desktop||1"
SaveAttachments="C:\Users\stuart\Desktop||1"
Files="Z:\media\Data\attachments|*.*|2"
Signatures=""
WAVFiles=""
Newsrc=""
Exe="D:\Program Files\Waterfox||1"
Temp="temp"
Favorites=""

I have tried changing the folders to eg.
Attachments="C:\aaa||1"
SaveAttachments="C:\bbb||1"
Files="C:\ccc|*.*|2"
to try and see which the download folder might be,
but attachments are still downloaded to D:\Agent/Data

The Help file is of course no use since WIndows 10 will
not read it.
Can anyone please advise ?
TIA

Menu
Folder > Default Properties > Receiving Messages > Attachment Folders

Full path to folder: this makes it the path for all folders

If for one folder choose
Folder > Properties > Receiving Messages > Attachment Folders

Thanks for the reply..
Problem is now sorted.
FWIW, there is no Folder option io Menus,only Group.
Then Default Properties, followed by Attachment Folders.
Thanks

Get winhlp32.exe from an old system (mine comes from XP). Execute it
with an operand of agent.hlp.

Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately, however, WInhlp32 does not seem to work with Win 10.

Copy the two files agent.hlp and agent.gid to a *writeable* folder on your
hard drive. Then open this copy of agent.hlp with the XP version of
winhlp32.exe.

It will work with Windows 10 this way - see screen-shot.

Unfortunately this will not let you open the help file from *within*
Agent 2.0 in Windows 10.

The Agent install folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Agent" is not writeable
by ordinary programs in Windows 10. You will need to copy agent.hlp and
agent.gid to somewhere that is writeable. The XP version of winhlp32.exe
was created for XP back when the install folder was writeable by ordinary
programs, and it expects the folder containing agent.hlp to be writeable.
