I setup my main puter to detect spam and it is going to the Junk
folder. My question is a FALSE email detection, I drag that email to
my main email folder and confirm that it should be reassigned.

Is this correct, because it has not been tested, as of now?

You drag the email out of the Junk folder into another folder, yes.
Although if there is more than one email to drag out of the Junk
folder then IIRC someone once said you should drag them one at a time.

As for the "confirm that it should be reassigned". There are
several different pop-ups you might or might not see, and they are
mostly about Route by Identity (RBI) training. Route by Identity
(RBI) training is not the same as Junk training. I cannot tell what
pop-up you are seeing.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ QUOTE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Moving Messages to a Folder
When you find an email that Agent has classified improperly, you
should move it to the appropriate folder. If it is junk that was
missed, move it to the Junk folder. Similarly, move it to a
legitimate folder when a legitimate email was classified as junk.
When you move an email Agent will undo its automatic training and
them retrain the message for the proper classification.
