Upgraded to v6 now can't D/L binaries with launch attachment button

Before I upgraded (?) to v6 I could (binary group)
just select a group of images, hit the "launch attachment button" and
they would automatically open my jpeg viewer, and I could see them
all.
Now, when I hit the button, nothing happens. If I double click on a
different line, it opens in the Agent viewing pane.
What happened, or what do I need to reset ?
This is frustrating.

Problem was APN refusing to process the request.
Gotta find a new server.
