New Hard Drive - Can one transfer Agent data from the old drive into a new Agent installation on the new drive?

Just installed a new Hard Drive which is now the Master, and
re-installed Agent 1.93.
re-installed Agent 1.93.
My old drive (now the slave) contains all my previous settings (i.e,
subscribed newsgroups & saved messaged. Can one gracefully transfer
this information into the new installation.
For example, is it a matter of simply copying certain files from the
old drive to the new one? If so, what files?
