[Individual] Service Interruptions on Nov 09 & 10

Dear users of News.Individual.NET,

on Saturday, November 09th, and Sunday, November 10th, extensive
modifications of our computer center will cause interruptions of
our NetNews service.

Due to the complexity of the works planned, it is unfortunately
not possible to give exact times for the interruptions.

The works will start at 10:00 in the morning local time, that's
09:00 UTC (the systems are located UTC +0100).

Does that make it twice as clever to reply to one that's almost two
months old? (I don't know why you've chosen to put your comment to a
