Best Usenet block server for text

I have been using Astraweb as my binary server and my text server. I
also use Blocknews for a second block server since I do not have a
monthly subscription to a binary server.
There are also a couple of free servers I use for text.
The thing is that all of the servers work pretty well for text servers
but none of them work perfectly.
The amount of Usenet text that I use monthly is very small. What I
would like to find is a very reliable server that offered a block
account instead of a monthly charge.
Anyone have something they could recommend?
