Pequeña means small, young of age
Traviesa/Travieso means mischievous
Mi pequeña traviesa implies mischief as in "Dennis the menace".

or The Opening(or start) of ..... e.g. program etc.

But usually for things like Films, Plays etc. the word "Estreno" (verb---
estrenar)
is used. It means the first time something is shown, worn, played etc.

"Lanzamiento" seems to be one of those marvelously versatile words in
Spanish. In this context, it might mean "Introducing <name>." It's
also used in a baseball context. I listen to White Sox games on WIND
(La Tremenda), a Spanish AM station in Chicago (560 AM), and
"lanzamiento" in this context means "pitch", "lanzador" is "the
pitcher." I've also seen it used in the context of launching a rocket.

«Lanzamiento» parece ser una palabra muy versátil. En el contexto
dicho, podría significar "Introducing <nombre>." Se usa también en
contexto del béisbol. Escucho los partidos del las Medias Blancas en
WIND (La Tremenda), una estación AM en Chicago (560 AM), y «lanzamiento»
en dicho contexto quiere decir «pitch» en inglés. «El lanzador» quiere
decir «pitcher». Lo he visto usada además en el contexto del
lanzamiento de un proyectil.

Here it would mean the LAUNCH OF THE CAREER of xxxxxxx
ie it is the FIRST time he ever appears in a TV show etc.
