Special Icelandic characters

The following characters are not found in the English alphabet. Two of
them (ð and þ) are, I believe, unique to the Icelandic language.

Ö ö Pronounced like 'i' in bird, and 'i' in shirt.
Ð ð This character, called eð, sounds like 'th' in father.
Æ æ Pronounced like 'i' in life and fire.
Þ þ This character, called þorn, is pronounced like 'th' in think.

Accented characters

Á á This one sounds like 'ow' in how and 'o' in power.
Ú ú Pronounced like 'oo' in soon and 'ou' in you.
Í í Sounds like 'ee' in tree and 'e' in we.
Ó ó Sounds like 'o' in no.
Ý ý Sounds like 'ee' in tree and 'e' in we (same as Í.).
É é Pronounced like 'ye' in yes.

The preceding was a brief description of the Icelandic Alphabet and
it's pronunciation. If you have any further questions feel free to
post them to the group. I'll be more than happy to try and help you
out.

That's the closest to porn that you'll ever get.

I have a question: how did a dorky farm boy like yourself pry away from
cow-porking to learn how to type? Or did you stick the keyboard in the
bovine's anus, only to give new meaning to the term "touch-typing?"
