What is "Herrencreme", please?
I can't find a translation anywhere.

Something to eat, obviously. A quick Google search for "Herrencreme"
will provide you with lots of useful links, eg.

I don't know, whether this applies for "Herren"creme as well, but
"Herren"marmelade indicates, that alcohol ("Schnapps") is added to some
kind of marmalade to get a specific taste.

And there is (or was?) "schwarze Herrenschokolade" and "Herrentorte"; the
names referring to the idea that gentlemen prefer black when it comes to
chocolate. The bitterer the better! So I'd guess that "Herrencreme" will be
some dessert containing bitter chocolate and/or alcohol. (Sounds great!,
anybody knows the recipe?)

The link I posted before was a recipe. And yes, it contains chocolate
(but no specification is made concerning the bitterness) and "some
rum".
