Can somebody please tell me which one of these is correct:

"He made an anti-Serbia comment".

"He made an anti-Serbian comment".

The comment is anti the country, so I figure it must be the former,
right? The second one seems it would also work, but people might think
that it aganist the people of Serbia. It's all very confusing.

Anyway, I would really appreciate some help on this. Thanks. :)

Sounds like criticism of Serbia.

Sounds like criticism of Serbian people.

Disclaimer: I'm not a regular. Good luck.

Google with "anti-" and you'll get the standard usage through numerous
hits. It's "anti-Serbian." Then there are forms such as Francophile or
Francophobe to use in espresso bars.
