What does "a Marshall Marchetti" mean in English usage?

Surgical operation?

What is it for? and where did this words come about and originate from?

Is it a big knife? To cut throught the jungle leaves and branches?

Comments?

Would you trust the Bun with a big knife? Stay well away, that's my
advice.

It means you've been giving the piss instead of taking it.

I barely trust the Bun with a dictionary, but ya gotta start
somewhere.

> Stay well away, that's my advice.

The bun doesn't strike me as mean or vengeful. Many other
adjectives come to mind, but not those two.

Would you trust a playful person wielding a large razor-sharp knife?

For some reason this reminds me of one of the nicest
pieces of Douglas Adams's prose, which I'll reproduce
here. It's just after Agrajag has blown up the mountain
containing his temple of hate; Arthur is outside as
the mountain comes down around him.

.... The avalanche began.

Stones, then rocks, then boulders, pranced
past him like clumsy puppies, only much bigger,
much, much harder and heavier, and almost
infinitely more likely to kill you if they
fell on you.

Probably. Context would be important.

Do you suppose the adjective in the subject line was supposed to be
"martial."? That would make the subject "a martial machete." If it
looks odd, remember the source.

Why does nobody read my posts?

Or take the Bun seriously?

Sorry, Brian, 300-plus postings per day is daunting.

Anyway, she confused me by omitting Krantz.[1]

And when did she learn to spell?

[1] I don't suppose this Krantz is the one who makes millions by
publishing books that I, at least, wouldn't use to prop up an
undersized table leg.

I read it as a message for Albert.

Pardon me if some of you feel that I am spoiling the fun. I found this
below from a search.

"Women's Health Advisor:
What is a Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz procedure?
The Marshall-Marchetti-Krantz procedure is a type of surgery done to help a
bladder control problem called stress incontinence. Stress incontinence is
the term used for leakage of urine during exercise, coughing, sneezing,
laughing, or lifting.
When is it used?
This operation may be performed if you have trouble holding urine."

Perhaps this also gives some clue as to Bun Mui's gender, or sex.

The Bun is a real pisser (in American English usage).
