Ultracrepidarian.

Definition: one who is presumptuous and offers advice or
opinions beyond one's sphere of knowledge.

The meaning of this word comes from a story in antiquity,
in which the famed Greek painter Apelles one day heard a
cobbler criticizing the way he had rendered a foot in a
painting.

1. expressing opinions on matters outside the scope of
one's knowledge or expertise. "“Dad, how do we know the
universe is expanding?” inquires your six-year-old. Try
answering that without resorting to an ultracrepidarian
trick here or there"

noun noun: ultracrepidarian; plural noun:
ultracrepidarians; noun: ultra-crepidarian; plural noun:
ultra-crepidarians

1. a person who expresses opinions on matters outside the
scope of their knowledge or expertise. "most patients are
ultracrepidarians when it comes to medicine"

Origin early 19th century: from Latin ultra 'beyond' and
crepida 'shoe, sandal,' with allusion to the remark ne
supra crepidam sutor iudicaret 'the cobbler should not
judge beyond his shoe,' attributed to the painter Apelles
of Kos in response to criticism from a shoemaker in Pliny
the Elder's Natural History (AD 77).

Barack Obama, despite being known throughout Chicago as the
ultimate ultracrepidarian, managed to quickly elevate
himself to the highest levels of politics in the USA.

It is said that without the support of George Soros, the
corrupt US media and other anti-American organizations, his
deception and general lack of knowledge about matters of
import, (other than agitation of the easily influenced),
would have been exposed earlier on in his career.

Incomplete. The whole point of the story, and hence the
meaning, is that the cobbler began by criticizing the way
Apelles had depicted the sandal, and Apelles was silent,
content that the cobbler knew more than him about sandals.
But when the cobbler went on to criticize the leg, Apelles
rebuked him with "ne sutor ultra crepidam judicaret".

If Apelles had said "ne supra crepidam", as wrongly quoted
above, then the English word would be "supracrepidate".

One slightly interesting thing about the OP is its misuse of "one". The
first use in the definition simply means "a person", and its pronominal
replacement may be "his", "her", or "their" (not to get too fancy); but
the poster has treated it in his second use as if it were the impersonal
pronoun, replacing it with "one's".
