Shipping a container to the other side of the world
used to be very cheap.
Perhaps it still is, if it saves someone the trouble
of shipping it empty all the way back to China,

It would still amount to a significant fraction of the container's
value, and someone would have to work out how to get it down the steps
into my garden.
