Following sentence is correct:
'Do our part to save the Earth'
What if someone wrote 'Do our parts to save the Earth'?
Please tell me if it's correct or not, thank you.

Wrong . . . In this context, part/parts is like share/shares.
The plural form has a distinct meaning (inappropriate here.)
