Neither is correct. You need to say "Every girl goes to the party."
The conjugated verb "goes" has to match the singular "Every girl".
The same sentence, but with a plural subject, might be
"All girls go to the party."
I think that the noun following "every" must
ALWAYS be singular. Watch, since I'm saying this on a.u.e,
someone is bound to come up with a counter-example.
"Every" can be followed by a POSSESSIVE form, but it is still
singular, as in "Every girl's dream is to meet Larry"
(hey, when you're making up the examples, the sentence can
say anything you want).
You can add a modifier, and say, "Every one of the girls
is here", but note that the subject phrase "Every one of
the girls" is STILL singular.

Neither, sorry. If you want to use "every" it should be "Every girl goes to
the party." "Every girl" is equivalent to a singular noun, as if you were
saying "The first girl goes to the party and also the second girl goes to
the party and also..." "Each girl" follows the same pattern.
Conversely if you were happy to use "all" you could say "All girls go to
the party."
