TAKING THE PILL

What does "TAKING THE PILL" mean to us women?
Does it only have one meaning to us women and for our mates?
I think that the phrase "TAKING THE PILL" has a stigma attached to
it for us women. IMHO it should not be stigmatized.

When the pill was only available for women this might have been the
case; but since the invention of the morning after birth control pill
for men, women no longer have to worry about this. Why don't you write
a poem for your fellow women readers based on the theme "Are you still
on the pill?"?

Well, in a society where virgins are adored, taking a pill would have a
connotation of non-virginity which would be a stigma, would it not ? Can
you imagine an impressionist painting "The Blessed Non-Virgin" ?

Just why would someone be committing suicide by taking the morning after
