The N Word is "Noonie"

"Jason Spencer, the Georgia lawmaker who was filmed shouting the
n-word over and over again on the second episode of Sacha Baron
Cohen's Who Is America?, has now announced he's stepping down."

The meaning of "noonie" that I've met in BrE slang is "vagina".

The Urban Dictionary has that sense as third in a list of 14.

In the dollar store a few days ago, I noticed a box of breakfast cereal
called "Noonies"...looked like Cheerios, but if my Spanish is anything
to go by, they included honey and almonds....r

I knew the term in the 1960s, but it was "nooner".

It referred to a guy at work going home for lunch and knocking off a
quickee with the missus.
