Hi there,

I found in the patent application such clause:

...identified by Attorney Docket No. NBI-162B....
What does it mean? May it be any book of registrations?
Who knows, tell me about this.
Sincerely,
Oleg.

It means it is the identification used for a particular patent
application within the office of the attorney who wrote it for his
client. All patent attorneys, and probably all kinds of other
professionals who work on many matters for many clients, need an
internal tracking system. Docket is a word often used for this purpose.

The principal reason for putting the number into documents filed with a
patent application is so that the attorney can identify the case when
the Patent Office sends back the official serial number, quoting that
docket number. That doesn't happen immediately in the USPTO, so the
attorney docket can serve in correspondence meanwhile.

A reason for an attorney to write the docket number into the formal text
or specification of a patent application is to reference another
application for a related invention when the attorney doesn't know the
serial number for the earlier application. For example, the attorney
may want to cross-reference the specifications of two applications filed
on the same day.

You could be kind to them and give them a little string of letters and
numbers to play with. Why not use your car registration plate number?
