Lynx Yahoo Attachment Download y5beta=yes under nojs=1

For about three months I can't download Yahoo mail attachments using
lynx.browser.org 2.8.6r4 on VT52 Solaris/Bash Unix. When I go for
download I get a screen with "<<<". For a bit, I thought maybe it was
my ISP's new Lynx, but ironically, Yahoo's top competitor which didn't
have javafree options three months ago is now totally compliant.

When I look at the link it has y5beta=yes TWICE:
