Thank you,

Hi Ron.
Near the bottom of Microlites initial download page you can follow links
to the old 01.02.xx version that supported 5.0.2.
They do note that it can not be installed as a demo - meaning you have
to purchase it or use a license from that version that you already have.
Call their support line at (724) 375 6711 for more info.

If the new drives are precisely the same, or a bit larger, use a Linux
live CD, such as Knoppix, and an external USB hard drive. Boot with
the live CD and use it to do a complete "dd" if the disks of the SCO
system to files on the external USB hard drive, then walk the hard
drive over to the new system and reverse the process. It's slow, but
effective, and you don't have to worry about how to rebuild file
systems or boot settings.
And *WHY* are you duplicating 5.0.2? Shouldn't you at least hop to
5.0.7, so you can get all the security patches and tools available for
that release?
I highly recommend LoneTar - http://www.cactus.com/ - for backups/
restores/DR of SCO.
