What is the cheapest broadband-Internet connection available in Glasgow?
There can be service limitations as long as it is not 200mb a month or
so, and preferably no BT-telephone-line necessary. Is there a such? The
cheapest I found so far is Tiscali, but as I understood, you need to
have a BT phone line, and I havent been using telephone after I moved
out of my parents house (10+ years!)
