You can't guarantee you'll get an offer, even if you are predicted 4
A's, alot is down to the interview, but that said, you've got nothing to
lose by applying,so go for it. For entry this year I think you are to
late but don't take my word for it, call a college and ask.

Yeah, the only way you can be sure you won't get in is if you don't
apply. The crucial date is 15th October 1999 -- you need to fill in a
university form, *and* the UCAS form.
