What happened to alt.ucp?

when Alex, myself, Manuela, Neale and of course KP posted. It is a
shame. I wonder if there is anyone actually doing ucp anymore. I
stopped although I do not think I exhausted the technique. It would be
interesting to try it out again and see what happens after such a long
hiatus.
Anyone out there still using the technique? Any interesting
experiences to report?

I suspect the two may be related. I have recently found out about the
work of David R Hawkins, who is a well respected non duality teacher
and also a proponent of non drug treatment of schizophrenia etc, he is
one of the father figures of applied kinesiology and seems to have
developed his own scale of consciousness, which seems to map very
closely to the UCPlot.

Well Sailor Bob is in Australia, in Melbourne, I would love to go and
hang out with him and I have always wanted to live in Melbourne, that
option is available to me next month or so. He does a regular satsang
every Thursday night.
As for Nisargadatta. He was sailor Bob's teacher in India and has been
dead since 1981 so I doubt he was Neal's teacher, except in book
form :-) and that being the case he was my teacher too!

How ya doin? :) Nice to see you are still around. Funny I was just thinking about UCP as a technique for helping ex-scientologists get scientology out of themselves as I've been watching the recent series of Leah Remini, Scientology The Aftermath.
I'm not doing UCP any longer as there is no need AFAIC but I do think it could have value as stated above. I also think there is a liability to the technique but am not sure tbh as it would need testing. In my estimation if it could take a person to a point where past present and future converge i.e. the eternal now, then that would appear to be the perfect end point but again this is really just speculation on my part. Since discontinuing UCP and following a path of Non Duality those questions really faded away as being irrelevant as ultimately UCP addresses the mind and not the consciousness. At some point in order to see Truth the attention needs to stop giving the mind energy and let it be whatever it is and the focus become purely Now.
