X-F drinking game for parties

that we as a group need to invent a game for parties, since a lot of
us are watching it together.
Thus it came to pass at the hour of 9 on a Friday night that a group
of friends got together and devided themselves into teams. (TWO of them).
One SLIGHTLY nerdy one of them had a printed copy of the complete X-F
drinking game at his disposal and that SLIGHTLY nerdy one was appointed the
final word.
Now the lights were turned down low and the glasses were filled with a
bit of the finest brew around.
The game procceded according to the following plan. The team which
indentifies the event makes the opposite team drink. Thus one must
be wary, one must watch and one must know the rules well, or else one
becomes very drunk very quickly.
Regarding new events made up on the spot. If inspiration strikes
whilest one is playing everyone else on that team must drink, except
the person who made up the new event (say: frog falling from the sky=3 drinks)
If a person from each team says the same thing at the same moment, both teams
drink. In other words, be fast!
The SLIGHTLY nerdy person, as a reward for not having
to drink at all, must drive everyone else home.
VARIATION FOR COUPLES:
So it's just the 2 of U. Romantic X-files night with a glass of pinot.
The game can easily be adapted for you.
You are each a team. You say "Mulder eating sunflower seeds, one drink!"
He takes a sip.
He says, "Mulder reading porno material, 2 drinks!"
You take 2 sips.
In the event that you both blirt out at the same second- both drink.
