I'm afraid you cannot on Usenet. Some of the pay services provide
this information. But the Nielsen group has threatened legal action
against anyone who posts the ratings list to Usenet. They themselves put
it on Compuserve, so it's ok for them to have it. But not us. Go figure.

The best place I know of which is consistent (and relatively cheap!) is the
USA Today on the Wednesdays' editions. They are located in the Life
section on the third page.
