TXF on The Simpsons

I was watching the old X-Files/Simpsons crossover before. I know this has
probably been discussed before, but hey, not much happening in the
newsgroup. I thought it was really disappointing because it sounded like
Mulder and especially Scully (I mean Mulder tends to be monotonous anyway)
were reading their lines off paper. However, Mulder saved it with the spoof
of one of his rambling speeches before he and Scully exited the episode. I
LOL'd like crazy, but had a pang of nostalgia for TXF. Hopefully the
upcoming movie can satisfy TXF junkies.

Yes, it was fun, wasn't it? At the end.
The best part I remember is the scene with the tee shirts. I laughed
at the saying on Scully's especially. Had to see it after the kids
were in bed, though :(
I generally won't let anyone under 10 here watch The Simpsons or The
X-Files, yet I nursed my fourth one to The X-Files! Dedication to the
show and the child.
