But who else might have their picture up on a 'Women of the XF'
calendar?
These are my personal picks of the sexiest women of The X-Files!
First off, I've always had a bit of a thing for Megan Leitch (adult
Samantha
Mulder). I might as well put that right up front. But then there's
also
Melinda McGraw (Melissa Scully), whom I would not kick out of bed for
any
reason whatsoever. Seriously, even if she turned out to be a serial
killer
or something, I would still let her do her thing to me.
Laurie Holden (Marita Covarrubias) isn't quite as great as the other
gals,
but I have to give her some credit. I have a serious bias against the
stereotypical tall, leggy blonde type of woman. Usually, they just
bore me.
But Laurie is sexy enough to make me want to look past that.
Oh, and of course Paige Witte (Mary Astadourian) from the game -- as
far as
I'm concerned, the game is practically cannon.
Then there are the familiar ones, who are either famous or were to
become
famous after their role. As in, Felicity Huffman (Dr DaSilva, 'Ice'),
Lucy
Liu (Kim Hsin, 'Hell Money'), and Kathy Griffin (Betty Templeton/Lulu
Pfeiffer, 'Fight Club'). I'll include here also Shawnee Smith (Jesse
O'Neill, 'Firewalker'), Christine Cavanaugh (Amanda Nelligan, 'Small
Potatoes'), and Kristen Cloke (Melissa Riedal-Ephesian, 'The Field
Where I
Died'), even though they're not really famous, because they're at
least
well-known among the community of hardcore credit-watchers. I'll also
put Skinner's wife in this group: Jennifer Hetrick (Sharon Skinner,
'Avatar').
Of course, there were a few that were intentionally put there to be
sexy.
Like Amanda Pays (Phoebe Green, 'Fire'), Karen Witter (Sharon Kiveat,
'DPO'), Bobbie Phillips (Bambi Berenbaum, 'War of the Coprophages'),
Kristin
Lehman (Esther Nairn, 'Kill Switch'). I refuse to even consider that
chick
from 'First Person Shooter' because she's hardly even a woman -- more
like a
walking neon sex sign. I don't find chicks like that hot at all.
Then there are the truly obscure, but ones that I think look great:

I didn't forget her. I just left her out because I was never really all that
big on her.
Feel free to add her or anyone else to the list, though. I was, in fact,
hoping people would do so, so I wouldn't feel like such a dork for being the
only person in the universe who thinks about this stuff.

Oh, and I've got another one to add now, just brought to my attention as I
listen to the commentary on my DVD: Xantha Radley, who was in both IWTB (as
Monica Bannan) and 'The Post-Modern Prometheus' (as the waitress who spills
coffee in Mulder's lap and makes his crotch stay up all night).

I can't believe that you were never attracted to the lady who played
Xena practically half naked for many seasons. That lady was 'Hot', and
just about every Lesbians, 'Wet Dream'.That partial Nude scene (they say
it was a nude body suit, but she looked nude to me. ;-)) in the NIHT
X-Files episode was 'really' Hot! ;-)

But Gabby was way hotter. And played by an actress
who could actually stay on a horse.

I didn't say I was NEVER attracted to her. I said I wasn't really all that
big on her. Sure, she's a decently attractive woman, but I guess she's just
not really my type.

I actually tend to find it to be more of a turn-*off* when female actors go
around all half-naked and self-consciously 'sexified'.
Take Scully. (Please.) Aside from the underwear scene in the pilot, she very
rarely showed much skin (aside from the occasional much-treasured glimpses
of her with her shoes off, which only really counts as 'showing skin' for a
perv like me). She dressed in good-looking blouses and trenchcoats and
pantsuits and so forth -- and she wore it all beautifully. Until the last
few seasons, she almost never even showed any cleavage. THAT'S what being
sexy is all about to me -- not skimpy outfits and stripper-like
provocativeness.
Not that I wouldn't want to see Scully half naked, of course -- it's just
better when the glimpse of what's underneath is an occasional treat or
exciting moment, rather than having boobs shoved in your face all the time.
That gets old.
Again, I'm not saying Lucy Lawless isn't an attractive woman without the
Xena outfit. It's just that I don't really see anything all that special
about her, other than those clothes. Sure, I'd boff her, but I wouldn't
exactly write her a fan letter to tell her how beautiful she is, or anything
like that.

Well, I guess I'm the odd lesbian out, then.
BTW, the grammar, punctuation, and capitalisation in that sentence of yours
is so awful, it should be taken out and shot. ;P
