Does anyone have any information on this man? He's pretty mesmerizing and
reminds me of Sam Neill.

He's Canadian, eh, and he's been in just aboot every tv show filmed in this
country... as far back as the old 80's series "Alfred Hitchcock Presents".

He recently finished filming a made-for-TV-movie in my city of Calgary.
It's called "The Sheldon Kennedy Story", and he plays former Junior hockey coach
Graham James - who is now serving a prison sentence for molesting former NHL'er
Kennedy.

Most hockey fans will know the story. I can't think of a more despicable
character for Wisden to play. He's quite chilling in his performance according to
people I know who worked on the set.

The movie is supposed to air in the fall. Check it out at the IMDB:

And don't forget he's a regular cast member on "DaVinci's Inquest".

Yes of course! I've only seen one episode but it seemed to be pretty good.
I hear it will be back for a second season too.

I would have mentioned "DaVinci's" in the last post but I figured Zelda would see
the huge list of shows at the IMDB.

Speaking of which, I made a mistake earlier. Robert Wisden is NOT Canadian born,
though he probably was raised here.
IMDB shows his birthplace as Brighton, East Sussex, England, UK.

Here's hoping he is a guest on "Open Mike with Mike Bullard" this fall. I'm sure
his Graham James role will generate lots of publicity!

There's actually a website devoted to the Pusher character and Robert

If you get the FX channel he was in 2 Millennium episodes: Monster
(which also starred the little girl who played Emily in the title role
and Chris Owens/Spender) and TEOTWAWKI. Both were pretty good eps.

He also appeared in a fifth season episode of Highlander called, I believe,
"The Messenger," playing an evil Immortal.

Unless I'm horribly mistaken, he can also been seen in Stargate SG-1.

I totally missed that. So he played 'Macro'.

I recently saw him on an episode of Poltergeist: The Legacy. It also
had the kid that was in Conduit and The Calusari. But then, a lot of
the Canadian/Vancouverite actors appear in the same shows:
Poltergeist, Outer Limits, XF, Highlander, etc etc. Any time you see
anything filmed in Vancouver it's a good bet you're going to see some
XF alums. There's a great website called "Recycled Canadian Actors"
that details this phenomenon:

http://www.maryalice.org/rca/

This is what they list for Robert Wisden:

Da Vinci's Inquest (James Flynn)
Dead Man's Gun ("Ties that Bind")
Highlander (Culbraith in "The Messanger")
Highlander (Werner in "The Return of Amanda")
Kung Fu: The Legend Continues(Valdosta Sam in "Pai Gow")
Millennium (Gordon Roberts in "Monster")
Millennium (Chris Carmody in "Teotwawki")
The Outer Limits (Sam Winter in "The Message")
Poltergeist: The Legacy (Donlon in "Someone to Watch Over Me")
Poltergeist: The Legacy (father in "Still Waters")
Stargate SG-1(Captain Samuels in "Children of the Gods", "The
Serpent's Lair" and "Politics")
Welcome to Paradox (John in "Research Alpha")
The X-Files (Robert Modell in "Pusher" and "Kitsunegari")

I don't know any characters names but he was one of the lead bad guys.
