Does anyone else think Scully could see everything Mulder has in the
shower scene? Not to mention Mulder was hopelessly trying to see
Scully's stuff over the little wall.

Honestly, no, I don't think she could see all of Mulder. She'd literally
have poke her head
above the not so little wall. Based on height alone, Mulder could have
seen more of Scully.
And, he probably did. I *really* don't want to read more into this scene
than what was shown,
but........I will anyway. It appeared to be awkward for both and Scully
seemed embarrassed.
She did turn her back on him. Aside from that, the shower area wasn't that
small. Either one
of them could have chosen to use a 'stall' at the opposite end, which of
course would provide
more privacy and one less thing for us to talk about.

Most definitely. They were each getting an eyeful of the other. Now,
it would have been even better had they been in the same stall!

Mulder sees Scully in the movie.
Scully sees Mulder in the tub in Demons and probably had to do some "personal"
things for him on their drive out west in Anasazi and may have gotten a little
peek in Fire. She's probably seen a lot more in all his hospital admittance
scenes we don't see!

How many times has Mulder seen Scully naked and vise versa?

Well, you told me to ask it, right? 10 points for me. :)

What the heck, I'll answer it too.

Scully saw Mulder naked in the shower in 'Demons'. Mulder saw Scully naked
on the alien ship in the movie.

Yeah I know, I forgot to mention 'One Son'. It was so self-evident, I forgot
about it. So in response to the specific question, 4.

Not to be a wet blanket, but here's how I read that scene: When faced
with the imminent prospect of global annihilation, even major
unsatisfied sexual tension pales in comparison. I took that lingering
eye contact to be a significant, silent moment of recognition: "This is
it. All these years of wondering -- and here we are, sucked into this
vortex of inevitability. We may not survive this day -- but sure, we've
faced risk and death before -- this time, we both know, the planet may
not survive. This could well be the climax of everything we've ever
feared."

I imagined that they'd been separated and interrogated by the fake CDC
people, and the shower was the first time they'd seen each other in a
while. They knew anything they'd say to each other might be overheard,
so they kept silent. But the look they exchanged said a lot. And it
wasn't about sex.

That's what I thought.

I felt the same way. Althought I enjoyed seeing Scully in
the shower, the scene was not about sex.
Leaving the humor out was very important. There was nothing
humorous happening. Very nicely done IMHO. The
eye contact made me think about the compassion and concern
we feel for each other.

I agree,I'm glad those funny lines we heard about were cut out. They would have
been very inappropriate given the circumstances.
However it was amusing that Mulder couldn't help himself and snuck a peek at
her, more out of the typical human trait of curiousity than anything. After
all, back at the alien spaceship in the arctic he didn't have time, the nasty
aliens were breaking out and he had to hurry.

If the world were coming to an end you can be certain that "DS" -- as
you so <laugh> quaintly call her -- would not be out of my sight for a
moment. :P

I disagree. I think the camera was roughly at their eye level and since
the camera couldn't see the goods, neither could Mulder. Believe me, I
was craning my neck trying to see over that damn wall.

Sean... After watching One Son the other night, I left the news on, when who

should be interviewed but one Sean Scully. Thought you might appreciate
that...
