LOL! Well, if I can get XFC autoforwarding to the newsgroup
again, there will certainly be more stories. The wheels are
in motion to do so. Just hope it doesn't take long for the
process.

Honey, the above post was rude to Zoot when she did not mention the witches
in her reply. She answered your question and you snapped at her. If it were
me, I'd take it the same way.

A month? *rolling eyes* Go here to: http://www.ephemeralfic.org/ and you'll
see the f!cking three dozen stories that are posted daily.

I rec Zoot's "Elderberry Wine" Parts 1-3 as well as Prufrock's Love's two
latest ones, all of them are excellent. Now use your delete button and let

see the stories.

well, i'm sorry. i've looked through all the posts i've gotten in the past month,

excuse me? look, there's no need to be mean. all i said was that the
same rules that apply in elementary school apply here: ignore them,
they'll usually go away. they're bullies who pick on smaller,
defenseless people and the occasional bigger person. actually, they're
more like high school bullies: they do it behind a mask, because they're
wimps and are afraid of what'd happen if someone actually found out who
was doing it. i'd appreciate it if you weren't rude to me, as i've done
nothing to you. thank you.

actually, i'm not reading the Witches thread. i just wanted to say that i hadn't
seen a story in a month. obviously it was brought to my attention*albeit somewhat
rudely* that i'm not getting all the posts, a problem i will look ingot.

That's cool. it's nice to see that not everyone on this newsgroup is mean
and rude. i rarely post here, for this very reason. most people are really

no, that's slightly incorrect. i know she didn't mention the witches, i'm saying
that's all i've seen her post about. and perhaps she *has* posted other stuff,

Don't worry, Ally - the fic is out there. <g>

Maybe if you told us what *kind* of fic it is you wanna read, someone would
point you to where it might be... at least, they helped me when I asked way
back when.

As for the *flames* - well, I must keep reading... haven't been here in
awhile, so...

(Well, I get the egroup digest that also posts here.)

So, Ally... what is it you were looking for?

Come on and own up to it, Aletea. You asked, ever so innocently, why you
haven't seen any stories posted in a month. zoot replied that she been
posting her WIP the past few days. You replied that all you noticed from
her is the posts about the Witches and saw fit to *scold* her that she's
too obsessed with the Witches in addition to that. Beyond making little
sense, (She's too "obsessed" to write stories because *you* didn't happen
to see the story she told you she posted recently?) that seemed a bit
rude and smartassed to me.

Well, if someone's reading this, i'd love to read more novel lenghts. I've read

No. That's not how it happened. I asked if there had been any stories posted,
and that I hadn't seen any. It was brought to my attention by Zoot that she
had posted a WIP. I said i hadn't seen any, and that the only post i had seen
Zoot post where regarding the Witches.*notice: i did not scold, just made a
remark* Then I made a general comment saying that ATXC as a whole was a
little obsessed with the Witches. Never did I say that ATXC was too obsessed
to write anymore. I'm sorry if that's how you saw it, that's not how it was
intended to seem. And yes, it was slightly smartassy. That's kinda not my
