I was just thinking - and I think the epsiode I like least would have to be the
one where Silvia comes back to the island to sleep with Roy because she found
out her husband was cheating on her. Besides the conversation between Lowell
and Brian ("HELLO!" [snap][snap][snap]) I really can't think of anything else
really funny about that epsiode.

Oh you've got to be kidding! This is the episode that had Helen's crabboy!
He served her......craaaabs!!. Remember when they were all looking at Roy's
wife and Joe goes "Yeah, if she were Roy's wife she'd probably look like Myra
from the Bait Shop. And Mark the waiter goes "I dated Myrah for two years"
hahahaha! Oh, and remember he kept staring at Helen? So see, this WAS a
funny episode!

God, Tom, how do you remember this stuff? I remember the crab boy but never
wouldv'e remembered that it was in that same episode! You're good!!

Crab boy: All we serve is crabs
Davis: So, what do you recommend?

I know it's not the same show but I always thought that was funny!

Yea, I remember all about Helen's crab boy. But that just did not get any
laughs out of me. The only part that made me laugh was the Brian/Lowell
covnversation. I mean, the reast was mildly funny, but not histerical. No
offense to anyone who loves this episode.

I remember ever single small detail from all 73 episodes I have on tape, and
fewer details from the ones I don't. However, evntually, I plan to have alomost
all. Man I hope USA keeps them on the air long enough. By the way - I checked
the USA schedule, and Wings will not be showing for 3 days. We could be
laughing our asses off with some great comedy, but guess what? Instead we get
to watch a buncha of old boring people run around with stupid dogs. Thats
right. The infamously pointless Dog Show.

you're making labels?" - Brian

Here it is (note: due to not remembering it word for word - it wont be - but
will be close)
--------------------------------------------------------------
(Lowell gets the call, and hangs up as Brian walks up.)
Brian: "Who was that?"
Lowell: "Some guy just told me that Bunny was coming here to sleep with me
because she caught her husband in bed with another woman."
Brian: "He actually mentioned Bunny's name?"
Lowell: "Well no, he said my ex-wife. And, come on Brian how many ex-wives do I
have?"
Brian: "Of course, thats why SIlvia is here. Lowell, Bunny is not coming to
sleep with you, he was talking about Silvia."
Lowell: "Oh."
(Small 3 second pause as Lowell thinks about it)
Lowell: "HELLO!"
(Lowell snaps his fingers in Brian's face)
Lowell: "I dont even know Silvia. Why would he call me?"
---------------------------------------------------------------
Well, thats the best I remember. I'll have to watch that one again to get it
right.

Thanks, I pride myself on knowing much of the dialogue. I just love Wings. Man
USA better not cancel that show. But I have noticed something. FX. Does anyone
else notice that FX picks up tons of shows? Beverly Hills 90210 is the only one
that comes to mind. But Wing would be a great candidate for that channel, if
USA makes the fatal mistake of canceling it. Also, to my shock, I just found
out that Thomas Haden Church was born in my hometown (El Paso). Pretty cool.
Now Im gonna do the scene where Joe snaps. Why? Because I like that scene (some
of Tim Daly's best work).
--------------------------------------------------------------
Joe: "Ok Scotty where were we? Oh oh oh right. I think you'll find all you need
to know, right here. I was born here, I live here, and Im probably going to die
here!"
Brian: "Joe, relax."
Joe: "Relax? I can't relax. If I relax, who's gonna keep this damn airline in
business? Certainly not you, no, you're too busy wrestling with life's greater
problems, like your recent bout with mediocre sex!"
Brian: "A little louder Joe I don't think everyone can hear you."
Roy: "Oh I can hear fine from here thanks."
(Joe kicks a chair)
Helen: "Joe stop it."
Joe: "No YOU STOP IT HELEN. You stop coming to me everytime you have a problem
with your boyfriend. Did it ever occur to you that I am alone here and maybe I
don't wanna hear it? I am SICK of everyone coming to me with their problems.
Faye has a crisis, run to Joe, Antonio wants to buy a new cab, run to Joe, Roy
wants to gloat, run to Joe. Well where do I run to, where do I go? Where do I
go? When my dream of flying jets turns into the nightmare of being a baggage
handler. Somebody tell me. Where do I go, when it finally dawns on me that my
life SUCKS!??!"
---------------------------------------------------------------
Consider that my closing quote.

You know what, now that I read my post, I realize that I forgot a line of

dialogue. When Joe says:
Joe: "Ok Scotty where were we? Oh oh oh right. I think you'll find all you need
to know, right here. I was born here, I live here, and Im probably going to die
here!"
He should have said:
Joe: "Ok Scotty where were we? Oh oh oh right. I think you'll find all you need
to know, right here. This is Nantuckett. I was born here, I live here, and Im

probably going to die
here!"
Sorry for the mistake (and any others I dont notice).

That is a great scene. One of my other favorite scenes from Joe is the one
where his mother comes back to Nantucket. Their confrontation in the hangar was
really emotional to me. First time I saw that, I realized what a great actor
Tim Daly really is. Don't know it word for word though!!

For shear dramatic effect, I also thought the one where Joe finally catches
Helen on the elevator as she's about to go up to Davis Lynch's apt and makes
his final plea for her, I thought that was a pretty heavy scene. Can't remember
the dialogue either, but great acting chops.

I think the worst episode was She's Baaack # 108

When Sandy Cooper returns to the island, Joe fears yet another bizarre encounter with the obsessed woman. She tells him
it was all a
practical joke, and Joe believes her until a stop at Helen's house becomes Joe and Sandy's wedding day. Meanwhile, Fay
foists the 70's
wardrobe of one of her dead husbands onto Antonio and Lowell tries life as a vegetarian

also:

There Once Was a Girl from Nantucket # 5

To help his brother's social life, Brian sets up Joe on a blind date. However, Joe's date turns out to have a reputation
as an "easy" girl, and the date turns into a disaster.

I can still here the voice of the "easy girl" Cindy saying Oh Joe
Don't go!! it made my skin crawl!!

I genuinely like both the episodes you listed, particularly the one revealing
Megan Mullalley's versatility. If not for her name in the credits, I would
never have recognized her as the same person that's now in "Will and Grace"!

Her character, Karen, is way over the top and helps make the show well worth
watching!

SO THEN SHE HOPS A PLANE TO NANTUCKET AND UNLEASHES ON JOE HACKETT. BOARDS A

Actually, I find the supporting characters like Megan on Will and Grace and the
parents on Dharma the real reason for watching the shows. Grace and Dharma,
particularly Dharma, can be incredibly annoying!!

By the way, in regards to "easy" Cindy McGraff or from Raging Bulls Wings
Episode, "Easy Casey"...why is it that the women get these labels. No one
ever called Brian a slut, but if he were a woman, that's exactly what he would
be???!!! T'aint Fair!!! Hedda
