Hey all
I finally found the actual piece of music that the Wings theme is from.
It's Franz Schubert's Piano Sonata in A, 4th movement. It's on a CD of
"TV's Greatest Theme songs" or something like that.
Now, if only I could find the actual sheet music!
If anyone has access to that, please let me know! I'd like to think
that all my years of piano lessons might be good for something!

I don't think you can buy just that particular part of the sonata, so you have
to buy the whole thing. That's what I had to do when I bought the music for a
friend of mine.

And she still hasn't played it for me yet -- says it's too tough.

I don't have the full version of Schubert's tune, but the show's version
in on my website in mp3 format:

I could also convert and post the .wav if you want it instead of the
mp3...

Yeah, it's not the greatest sound quality, but not too bad either. If you
find something better, let us all know! Thanks- =)
