Does anybody know the title of this song, that is in the new perfume
commercial and also in the last sex scene of Lost Highway (my fav. part of
that movie "You'll never have me."), the lyrics say something about oceans
and here I am...I don't think it is on the soundtrack, I don't own it, and I
wasn't intrested in all that industrial goth...someone help please..

In article <8l4uo9$68r$1...@solaris.cc.vt.edu>,

It was "Song For the Siren" by This Mortal Coil. The singer is
Elizabeth Frazier from Cocteau Twins.

Song to the Siren, originally a Tim Buckley song, remade in the 80's by THIS
MORTAL COIL--album "It'll End in Tears" , a collection of musicians most of
which were on the 4AD label. Liz Fraser (goddess) from Cocteau Twins sings
vocals.

It's This Mortal Coil's version of Tim Buckley's 'Song to the Siren'. It's on
the first TMC album 'It'll End in Tears' released in 1984. Vocals & Guitar by
Liz Fraser & Robin Guthrie of the Cocteau Twins. Great song.

happy cycling
:o)
