Poster in Toby's Office

Anyone know anything about that poster hanging on the wall in Toby's office.
It's
multi-colored, abstract art looking - looks a bit like a huge golf tee?
It caught my
attention a few shows ago and now everytime they show it I can't help but
focus on it.

I've been calling it the abstract crucified eagle, and no, I haven't a
clue what it is. I think that in "Six Meetings Before Lunch" I could
just make out the legend "ARIAKOSKA" at the bottom (and even that may be
a partial). Toby replaced that poster with something more muted, more
golden in color, in the second season.
