RCA Projection TV -Problems?

This is a 10 year old RCA Projection TV... when I click it 'on' you can hear the 'click' at the TV, but no sound ,no picture -it
is plugged in securely to a live outlet.. is there an internal fuse... any guidance appreciated.. thanks.
